Pre-Orders

Some items may be available as pre-orders to secure your piece before stock arrives.

Pre-order items typically take up to 4 weeks to arrive to us, depending on production schedules
Once received, please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery to your address
These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or unforeseen delays
If any delays occur, we will communicate updates clearly and promptly

We maintain regular communication throughout the pre-order process, including updates via email and our social media channels. You are also welcome to contact us at any time regarding your order via email or Instagram.

Standard Orders (Non Pre-Order Items)

All non pre-order items are dispatched within 1–3 working days after purchase
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
If any delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible

Tracking & Delivery

All orders are sent via a tracked courier service. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details directly from the courier within a few days of dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Please allow additional time for international shipping depending on your location and courier services.

Customs & Duties

We are not responsible for any parcels delayed or returned due to unpaid customs fees. Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
